Cetwin maintains high and professional support levels, with a hotline number available depending on customer agreement. First level support is also provided through partners.
Central technical support is provided from Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 (CET), with exception to official national Swedish holidays. These dates are normally announced in advance, when applicable.
